Halflife Club is a web application that calculates milestone dates based on your birth date and anniversary dates. The Service allows you to track when you've known someone or lived somewhere for half your life, along with other mathematical milestones.

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Service offers both free and paid tiers. Paid features are available through a one-time purchase. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Paddle. Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. Paddle will refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour that entitles Paddle to counterclaim the refund. This does not affect your rights as a Consumer in relation to Products which are not as described, faulty or not fit for purpose.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by JaJa Industries, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

In no event shall JaJa Industries, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
